Indonesia ranked as country with the fourth highest number of Diabetics in the world. WHO estimates that diabetes patients in Indonesia increased up to three times and in 2030 reached 21.3 million people. Diabetes characterized by high levels of sugar in the blood and potentially leads to chronic complications. Currently, the number of side effects and the insulin resistance of patients is very high. So we need an alternative treatment, one of them by utilizing roses. FO-MAW (Rose Frozen Yoghurt) is the innovation of frozen yoghurt with natural dyes pigment anthocyanin and antioxidant-rich red roses effective as free radical scavengers, low-fat due to the addition of yoghurt, sugar-free alternatives for using stevia sugar, no artificial flavorings, no preservatives, so healthy and safe for all consument, especially for patients with diabetes and low-fat diet society. FO-MAW expected to also be an alternative snack for millions diabetes mellitus patients that the prevalence continues to increase to 333 million in 20 years. FO-MAW aims to develop roses and dairy products such as frozen yoghurt as a healthy snack that preferred by the society, especially people with diabetes mellitus. FO-MAW distribution strategy done by market them to departement store, café, minimart, cafetaria, also directly open a booth at the food bazaar. Can also be ordered by delivery order through social networks such as blogs, Facebook, and online shop, as well as contact person. Synergy strength work, production, marketing, and sales with a profit target of IDR 3,282 million/month. With R/C ratio for 1.7 months and deserves to be profitable, sustainable, and promising businesses.
